Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 12 to 15 g Mediterra Kafta spices
  • 9 g Gadesal salt
  • Skewers

Step-by-Step Preparation

  1. Prepare the aromatics

    Finely chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.

  2. Mix the meat mixture

    In a large bowl combine:

    • ground beef
    • onion
    • parsley
    • Mediterra Kafta spices
    • salt

    Knead for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Shape the skewers

    Form elongated cylinders around the skewers.

Cooking

  • BBQ: 3 to 4 minutes per side
  • Pan: about 3 minutes per side
