Ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 12 to 15 g Mediterra Kafta spices
- 9 g Gadesal salt
- Skewers
Step-by-Step Preparation
- Prepare the aromatics
Finely chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the meat mixture
In a large bowl combine:
- ground beef
- onion
- parsley
- Mediterra Kafta spices
- salt
Knead for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Shape the skewers
Form elongated cylinders around the skewers.
Cooking
- BBQ: 3 to 4 minutes per side
- Pan: about 3 minutes per side
